My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leverage. Over the years, I’ve built and advised businesses across Africa, and the United States; spanning financial services, AI-enabled talent placements, business process outsourcing, Travel, mobility, and advisory work.

Those experiences shaped how I think and how I coach.

I’m not interested in hustle for its own sake. I believe effort doesn’t scale systems do. That belief guides how I help leaders simplify complexity, design repeatable operating models, and apply AI and global talent in practical, human-centered ways.
